The room I booked was always kept clean and available with bathroom as well as the complimentary bottled water.

The location of the hotel was favourable, very near to the MRT station which is very convenient for us. Moreover, it's next to 2 MRT stations, and the road junction.

New-fashioned rooms, homey and perfect hotel. Incredibly kind, polite staff with smiling face. Great location in a pretty nice area, adjacent to Public transport, and Ximending main shopping area. Early check-in, late check-out. Welcome base for exploring Taipei.

No elevator at all.

The hotel was homey and perfect, had new-fashioned rooms. I enjoyed the room with 2 double beds, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The food was yummy and the staff were exceptional and welcoming. The location was great and strategic - ease of access to Ximending Shopping Area. And the area was pretty nice, short walk to lots of local eateries, the popular shopping district which is Ximending, and Very close to Ximending.

Elevator was missed.

The hotel was fairly clean, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I had a double room that also was complete with 2 double beds, bathroom, a great shower. The staff were exceptional.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect. It was just a traffic crossing away from the bustling Ximenting area, but still quiet enough for a peaceful sleep. The hotel is also surrounded by convenience stores and local breakfast eateries, so grabbing a quick bite was never a problem.

All in all, my stay was a pleasant one and I couldn't find any major issues to complain about.

Location: the hotel was just off ximending and other popular attractions and ximending night market and main train station and coffee shop. There was Yu ji Japanese Restaurant near the property.

Outstandingly accommodating staff, fashionable room, in general I loved this homey hotel. My room included climate control, TV with cable channels, and a refrigerator. I were offered yummy coffee and tea. The location for Taipei was marvellous and strategic, near lively neigbourhood and the metro line and Ximending, bus stop, Metro, cafes, restaurants.

Great hotel experience with air hockey, basketball game, and various activities. Snacks and drinks offered as a pleasant surprise. Attention to detail and unique theme. Lovely and helpful staff.

The hotel was a fine base for enjoying a lively area, adjacent to the shopping district and restaurants. Had reasonably large room with bathtub, which I enjoyed. The staff were excellent and best in case of questions. The location was stunning, just 5 min walk from a tranquil park👌

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Would love to return, appreciated its amazing location. There is a lot of nice food for breakfast. The staff is hospitable, they ensure you have a fine time here.

Nothing that i didn't like.

The hotel has an outstanding location near the Ximending market, the subway station, and the main bus terminal. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities and get cleaned every day. There are several entertainment options available, including a game room, games in the lobby, and snacks and biscuits open 24/7. The staff is approachable, friendly, and always willing to help.

The hotel could benefit from improving the cleanliness of the shower/tub area and the walls of the rooms.
